Fees below 2 million yuan are charged at 3%; 2-5 million, charged at 2.5%; 5-10 million, charged at 2.0%; 10 to 30 million yuan, charged at 1.5%, and over 30 million yuan charged at 1.0%; Set a complexity coefficient of 0.7-2.0 for difficulty and adjust the charging ratio based on the project.
